I have over 20 years of professional experience within the educational field. As a district instructional coach, teacher, and curriculum development liaison, I have helped thousands of students grow academically. As a business educational consultant, I have supported both established business and independent entrepreneurs with targeted and intentional professional development strategies to promote business growth and overall employee performance that enhanced organizational productivity. I have experience working with a variety of educational institutions, non-profits, and businesses. I also have helped with the development and establishment of some afterschool programs and weekend programs to support student achievement and growth.
